American Woodmark is a leading manufacturer of kitchen cabinets and vanities for the remodeling and new home construction market in the US and Canada. VIP Structures began working with American Woodmark in the late 90’s to construct a facility in Gas City, IN.  The project was constructed within a very tight schedule. The VIP team of architects and construction personnel worked seamlessly together. VIP had an open line of communication with American Woodmark that allowed the team to adhere to the schedule  even with several large scope changes. As a result of this very successful project, American Woodmark partnered with our team to build 3 more locations.

VIP’s team worked closely with American Woodmark at the start of each project, assisting in site selection and taking the lead in working with local economic development agencies to gain economic development incentives for American Woodmark’s projects.

American Woodmark facilities included areas for dying, milling, dust collection, assembly, packaging and shipping.
