Located at the most important intersection in downtown Syracuse, the Pike Block is in the “Heart of Downtown.” Comprised of 4-historic buildings that total 150,000 SF space, providing 68 residential units and 35,000 SF of retail space.
VIP’s design and development team worked closely with the NY State Historic Preservation Office and the National Park Service to rehabilitate the building under the NPS Standard for Historic Preservation. The project has received a number of awards for its thoughtful design in preserving and re-using four unique buildings that have been part of Downtown Syracuse’s history since 1855.
Today, Pike Block is a modern and thriving apartment community that boasts sustainable modern features and amenities.
