Tessy Plastics Corporation, a leading global contract manufacturer, creates products for medical device suppliers to consumer goods for Fortune 100 companies.  VIP Structures has worked together with Tessy Plastics for 24 years to design and build approximately 500,000 SF of manufacturing, clean room, warehouse, distribution, and office space across the company’s multiple campuses.

VIP was first engaged by Tessy in 1999 to construct a 14,000 SF addition to their existing manufacturing facility and, shortly after that, a new 39,000 SF manufacturing building on the same site. Between 2002 and 2008, VIP designed and constructed over 180,000 SF of distribution and manufacturing space. These expansions incorporated manual assembly lines and fully automated ISO7 and ISO8 clean room environments. In 2010, VIP designed and built a 93,000 SF manufacturing building, with a 99,800 SF expansion of the facility for warehouse and distribution in 2013. In 2020, VIP designed and constructed a 100,000sf expansion of Tessy’s South Plant to provide additional manufacturing and warehouse space.
