Anoplate, a metal finishing company specializing in plating, anodizing, conversion coatings and dry film lubrication, has built a reputation for meeting rigid specifications across industries such as aerospace, defense, electronics and medical. Recently, Anoplate celebrated the ribbon cutting for Building 7, a 20,300 SF expansion designed and built by VIP Structures. Building 7 marks the beginning of Anoplate’s “Reimagine 459 Initiative” and its latest commitment to Syracuse and the local community. The new facility will streamline the shipping and receiving operations, creating a safer and more efficient product flow, paving the way for future advancements. Bluefors Manufacturing Addition
Bluefors an advanced cryocooling solutions manufacturer celebrated the opening of their 35,000-square-foot manufacturing and office building expansion. This addition builds on VIP’s continued design-build partnership and increases production and office space by 45%, featuring an expanded shipping department, advanced vertical storage capabilities, and upgraded MEP systems tailored to Bluefors unique needs. The project also improved employee amenities with larger break spaces, streamlined entrances, and updated locker facilities. We’re proud to support Bluefors continued growth and innovation with a space designed to enhance efficiency and meet their evolving needs!
Food Bank Office & Warehouse Expansion
The Food Bank of Central New York celebrated a major milestone with the completion of a 34,000 SF warehouse and office space expansion project. VIP was proud to continue its partnership with the Food Bank by providing design-build services, enhancing spaces that give back to the community. This expansion supports the Food Bank’s mission to serve more people by providing increased storage, processing areas, additional loading docks as well as a modern administration wing. We are honored to continue our partnership with the Food Bank, transforming their facilities into a dynamic hub that helps meet the growing needs of our neighbors. Community Bank Downtown Branch
VIP is excited to welcome Community Bank to the neighborhood and celebrate the opening of it’s new Hanover Square branch in the historic State Tower building! As their first location in the city of Syracuse, this full-service branch blends modern amenities with the charm of the iconic space.
