VIP Announces Three New Hires

 

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – VIP Structures, an integrated design-build firm, has hired Michael Gatmaitan as a project manager, Matthew Szczepanski as a project engineer, and Rocky Burke as project superintendent.

 

Michael Gatmaitan has been appointed project manager for VIP Architectural Associates where he is responsible for implementing strategies aimed at practice growth to meet operational targets and foster staff development. Prior to joining VIP he served as project manager at LeChase Construction. Gatmaitan earned his Master’s in Architecture from The Catholic University of America.

Matthew Szczepanski comes to VIP as a project engineer where he will assist project managers with project deliverables and ensure the project team is working efficiently and safely. Prior to joining VIP, he served as an assistant project manager at Nichols Construction. Szcepanski earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Alfred State College.

Rocky Burke has been appointed project superintendent. With over eight years of experience in managing and planning construction projects, he brings a wealth of expertise in carpentry, masonry and framework building. Burked earned his Associate’s Degree in Construction Management degree from Broome Community College.
