Architectural Designer

The Designer is responsible for carrying out routine to moderately complex architectural assignments in all phases of a project including but not limited to: contributing to design discussions and carries design concept through to project drawings, preparing construction documents, coordinating with consultants, developing details, code and materials research, field surveys, and other assigned tasks.

Project Architect

The Project Architect provides day-to-day project leadership with a significant scope of responsibility and independence of action related to architectural and/or interior architectural design, general project problem solving, and team coordination.

Project Manager

As a member of the Architectural leadership team, the Project Manager will participate in the implementation of practice growth to achieve operational targets and staff development. The Project Manager will work with the team providing design and technical guidance. The individual may fulfill the role of project manager or project architect and work with the design team as a mentor to build industry-specific design knowledge.

Intern

Summer Interns perform basic support work in a learning environment. Interns spend their time working on relevant projects, learning about the field, making industry connections, and developing both hard and soft skills. Summer internships typically begin in July (unless otherwise noted) and do not exceed 40 hours a week over 6 to 8 weeks.

Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer

The Senior Electrical Engineer serves as the lead Electrical Engineer on projects from concept through construction administration.  Performs design efforts, develops construction documents, and delegates design tasks to junior engineers when possible. Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs as well as working through issues with contractors in the field.

HVAC Engineer

An HVAC Design Engineer is a member of our multi-disciplinary design team and will work along-side our engineering leadership. The Engineer will have opportunities to work on various types of renovation and new construction projects for commercial, multi-tenant residential and institutional building types, including health care, technology, utilities & education markets.

Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting Project Managers (PM) in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. Under the direction of the PM, the Assistant Project Manager is expected to take on all tasks in the quest to learn all he/she can about construction.

Project Engineer

An entry level construction professional position providing technical and administrative support to Project Management, Estimating, Field Supervision, Procurement and other departments as assigned. The Project Engineer is expected to take on all tasks in the quest to learn all they can about construction.

Superintendent

To provide on-site supervision for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

Metal Building Assembler

The Metal Building Assembler erects, assembles and installs structural components, accessories and covering systems of premanufactured metal building systems. The Assembler works safely, cost effectively, and operates all tools/equipment of the trade while understanding the integration of various building components. The Assembler works with a crew in taking a project from the arrival of the building components on site through layout, erection sheeting, trimming, and other tasks related to the completion of the project.

Metal Building Foreman

The Metal Building Assembler Foreman plays a key role in the construction and installation of premanufactured metal building systems. The Foreman will lead the Metal Building Team in all aspects of assembling, erecting, and installing structural components, accessories, and covering systems, ensuring the successful and efficient construction of metal buildings.

Special Projects Division Crew

General laborers perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor at construction building sites. Position requires completion of OSHA 10-hour course, basic carpentry skills, ability to handle heavy materials and operate machinery. 

Steel Erector

Our self-perform teams perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor at construction building sites. The responsibilities primarily focus on completing building projects in a timely and effective manner. Field technicians may work in specific trade teams or perform cross functional work within our self-performing teams. The Steel Crew Technician assembles prefabricated metal buildings according to drawings and specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment. Steel erectors install, place, align and reinforce steel structures and frameworks. This involves working with steel beams, steel girders, columns and a variety of tools and heavy machinery.

Steel Crew Connector

Our self-perform teams perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor at construction building sites. The responsibilities primarily focus on completing building projects in a timely and effective manner. Field technicians may work in specific trade teams or perform cross functional work within our self-performing teams. The Steel Crew Technician assembles prefabricated metal buildings according to drawings and specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment. Steel erectors install, place, align and reinforce steel structures and frameworks. This involves working with steel beams, steel girders, columns and a variety of tools and heavy machinery.

Carpenter

The Carpenter is responsible for a wide variety of tasks. Interpreting design drawings, the carpenter constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, metal studs, and wallboard to project specifications.

Accounting Manager, Construction

This position performs the accounting and bookkeeping function within the enterprise's construction division. Primary functions are comprised of (1.) Responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, month-end reporting, variance reporting, invoice coding, and reconciliations, and (2.) Supporting the construction team. This position reports to the Controller.
