Syracuse NY, May 1, 2023 -VIP Structures has recently expanded its team with new hires and key promotions! These additions and advancements allow VIP to continue delivering responsiveness, innovation, and quality service, which has been the VIP hallmark for over four decades.
VIP’s Construction department continues to advance and expand with the promotion of Christine Stevens to President of Construction and the hiring of David Urciuoli as Senior Project Manager. Jim Dalpe strengthens the construction department with his recent promotion to Director of Construction Project Management. William Nelson also joins the construction department as an Estimator with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and a degree in Construction Management Engineering from Morrisville State College.
VIP’s growing Architecture department welcomes SarahJo Elliott as a Designer. SarahJo brings 16 years of experience to the team and has extensive background experience in commercial and residential architectural projects. She received her bachelor’s degree in architecture from Syracuse University. Kat Truluck returns to VIP Architecture as a Designer and brings a host of knowledge and design experience to the team. She is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Architecture, where she acquired a myriad of academic awards and design project honors.
Cassie Durkin joined VIP over a year ago as a marketing intern and recently transitioned into a full time position of Marketing Coordinator. She is pursuing her Master’s in Marketing from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and is graduating this May!
Roshana Daniel, People Operations Manager, became a part of the VIP team back in September with over 20 years of experience working in human services for Onondaga County and other Syracuse based non-profit agencies. Her background in psychology and people support systems played an integral role in successful outcomes for county programs & services. Roshana served 5 years in the military as an officer in Training & Operations and Personnel honing her skills in learning & development and exercising her operations abilities.
