VIP Structures is proud to announce the addition of eight new employees across various departments, enhancing the firm’s capabilities.
Sara Wood joins VIP as Marketing Manager with more than 17 years of experience in project management, strategic marketing, and content creation. Having collaborated with high-profile brands like Nikon, Disney, and Google, Sara’s marketing expertise and event management skills will greatly enhance VIP’s market presence and client engagement strategies.
Cathleen Falge is VIP’s new Controller, joining with over 20 years in the AEC industry. Cathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University. Her extensive experience in financial management within the construction industry will support financial operations at VIP.
Brandon Smith has been welcomed into the IT department as a System Administrator. With a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Binghamton University and a Cisco Certified Network Associate certification, Brandon specializes in technical troubleshooting, customer support, and system administration.
Dylan Donahue joins our construction team as Assistant Project Manager. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Syracuse University, Dylan has a background in construction management, sales, and entrepreneurship. Dylan’s leadership qualities and energetic approach will contribute to advancements in VIP’s construction projects.
Stephen Leist joins the construction steel crew at VIP Structures, bringing expertise in construction, landscaping, and metal fabrication. His experience in erecting and welding steel structures and operating specialized equipment complements his leadership on diverse projects, including platform construction and custom metal fabrication.
Dennis Virginia, joining our construction crew with over 40 years of experience as a carpenter, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in interpreting design drawings and constructing, installing, and repairing structures to meet project specifications.
Brian Weed comes aboard as a General Laborer on our construction crew. His background includes plumbing, framing, and heavy equipment operation, with previous positions at Colton Construction, Syracuse Utilities, and Cut Above Vegetation/Tree Service.
Lastly, Dan Wargo joins our Property Management group as Facilities Maintenance Technician. A Marine Corps veteran, Dan brings a strong background in HVAC, general facility maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems. He is well-equipped to maintain high facility standards and deliver excellent service to our clients.
