VIP Structures Welcomes New Team Members!

We’re thrilled to kick off the year by welcoming a fantastic group of new hires to the VIP Structures team! These talented professionals bring a wealth of experience across architecture, construction, and finance, strengthening our ability to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. Join us in welcoming them!

Melissa Chapman brings a strong leadership background in creative operations and project management as Director of Operations at VIP Architectural Associates. In her role, Melissa will support strategic growth, employee development, process implementation, and operational health. Her expertise in streamlining workflows, fostering collaboration, and aligning project execution with brand goals makes her a great fit for our architectural team. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Oswego and has a background in business continuity planning.

 

We are excited to welcome Conner Flisnik to our architecture team as Project Manager. A licensed architect with experience in educational, corporate, residential, and commercial projects, Conner brings a strong background in design, project management, and BIM technology. In this role, Conner will provide design support and technical guidance to project teams with a focus on adherence to schedules and budgets, code compliance, and quality control. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and has contributed to award-winning architectural projects on both local and international scales.

 

Jim Rajkowski joins VIP as Senior Project Manager, bringing over 30 years of construction management experience across retail, hospitality, office, education, and residential sectors. He oversees project teams, managing scheduling, budgeting, planning, goal setting, contract management, and safety to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction. His expertise spans pre-construction through project close-out, ensuring seamless execution. We’re excited to have his leadership and experience on board!

 

Welcome Luke Hamm, who joins VIP’s construction office as Superintendent. With over 25 years of experience in commercial construction, Luke is a seasoned professional who has worked on large-scale manufacturing facilities, senior living centers, and pre-engineered metal buildings. In his role, Luke will manage all on-site aspects of the active construction phase ensuring productivity, quality, and safety.  His commitment to keeping projects on time and on budget while fostering a strong team environment makes him a key addition to VIP’s construction team.

 

Angel Moore joins VIP as Accounts Payable Specialist with extensive administrative and accounting support experience. Her background in office management, payroll, accounts payable, and client relations spans multiple industries, making her a valuable asset to our finance team. With a keen eye for streamlining operations and a dedication to customer service, Angel is already making an impact!

 

Brianna Adams joins VIP as Accounting Manager. She brings expertise in accounting and financial reporting across property management, non-profits, manufacturing, and hospitality. She holds an MBA in Accounting and recently passed her CPA exams—an impressive achievement! Her financial acumen will be instrumental in managing VIP Holdings’ accounting operations.
